You retain all rights to the images you process using the Service. We claim no ownership or license to your images at any time.
5. User Content
Since all image processing occurs client-side, your images never leave your device and are not transmitted to our servers. We have no access to, control over, or responsibility for the images you process using the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and modify any images you process with the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
